Üründe bulunan özel sürgü sistemi sayesinde kapağı açıldığında gövdenin içinde saklanabilir. Döşeme altı montajlar için özel geliştirilen aparatlar sayesinde 3 noktadan zemine sabitlenebilir. 14 ve 18'lik plastik boru ve spiraller ürüne 3 noktadan girişi yapılabilir. Dayanaklı plastik malzemeden üretilen SPK 12 Y, standart olarak 4 farklı renk seçeneği ile kullanılmak istenen her zemine uyum sağlayabilir.
